During the Yoga - Meditation & Breathwork sessions, we will play with the elements in our body:
Space (throat), Air (heart), Fire (solar plexus), Water (hips), Earth (pelvic floor).
This retreat is absolutely for all yoga levels to join, but especially interesting for the ones who are looking for creative yoga sequences and who are looking to go a bit deeper in their practice.
We will dive during this retreat also into the beauty of Ayurveda where we will play more with these 5 elements to find or keep your juicy balance in life. You will find out what your prakruti (birth constitution) and what your vikruti (the nature of imbalance) is. You will get insights ('aha' moments) and tips & trics easily-to-apply into your day to day life (including diet, rituals, meditation & the use of herbs).

THE VENUE
6 days at retreat centre Suryalila:
Suryalila is an old renovated olive farm in typical Spanish style surrounded by orange & lemon trees. The property sits on 50 acres of land and is still a working olive farm. They grow organic vegetables and fruits and keep chickens for eggs.
Suryalila is nestled serenely in a large open valley in the foothills of the Sierra de Grazalema.
Suryalila has three Yoga halls.

+ The Eco building Moon Shala.

HOW TO BOOK

2. You will receive an email with more information about the retreat and how to pay.
3. You pay the deposit or full amount and with this your spot is guaranteed!
Important nice news!
In case you can not come anymore because of Covid-19 issues (not able to travel) you will get the full amount back, so no risk at all :)
DIRECTIONS
We would recommend to fly to Malaga. From there you can take a taxi, a bus or you rent a car.
A taxi takes 2hrs and is in totall €150, which can be split by more attendees (we can arrange this!)
You also can take a bus, which takes 3 hrs to Villamartin. We can arrange a pickup from Villamartin to the retreat.
Another option is to rent a car. As Suryalila guests, the car rental company Sixt car hire offers 10% discount if you rent a car with them. Let us know if you prefer this option.
So in totall keep in mind to have an extra cost of approx €150 -
CHECK IN
On Saturday the 29th of October the checkin is from 15hr, we start the program at 17hr. So enough time to settle.
CHECK OUT
The checkout on Friday the 4th of November is at 11 in the morning.
